In today's fast-paced world, true recovery is essential. The Zensory Lounge is your dedicated sanctuary in Truckee / Tahoe for deep cellular healing, nervous system regulation, and profound rest. We built this space to address the root of modern stress - fatigue, inflammation, and chronic tension, by merging ancient healing concepts with cutting-edge bioscience.

What Your Session Includes
When you book a session in The Zensory Lounge, you gain exclusive and unrestricted access to all of our healing elements for the duration of your reserved time. Your session is your private retreat to utilize the entire lounge including the VibroLounge, HaloRed Pod and Sunlighten Sauna.
All of these elements are within one room making transition between each state-of-the-art piece of healing equipment easy for you and your group to enjoy.
How it Works

There are a variety of packages to choose from including multi-session experiences along with monthly and weekly memberships. Picking your Zensory Lounge package is the first step to accessing this unique space.

After securing your package, you can then book a time to access the Zensory Lounge. Bookings can be made directly through our website or by calling us.

Once your time begins, you (and your group) are free to move between, or simply relax within, the entire private space. Your booking includes access to all of the following healing elements:
The Sonic Mountain VibroLounge (Vibroacoustic Therapy)
The HaloRed Pod (Red Light & Halotherapy)
The Sunlighten Infrared Sauna (Full Spectrum Detoxification)
Tea & Tincture Bar (Some Teas & Tinctures are included, others can be added as an upgrade)

The Zensory Lounge is focused on restorative wellness, and that starts with the environment. We are thrilled to feature the incredible muralist Amanda-Lynn, the visionary behind our forest morning mural!
Amanda-Lynn is inspired by the feminine in all things, depicting the subtle beauty of nature and humanity through illustrated line work and decorative patterning. She developed her unique street art style alongside the San Francisco graffiti community beginning in 2001. A graduate of the San Francisco Academy of Art, she now shares her passion by creating public murals, exhibiting fine art globally, and teaching mural classes to students ranging from preschool to high school.
This immersive tree forest is designed to transport you to a place of pure tranquility. The mural will serve as a breathtaking, healing backdrop for every session you book.

Signature Teas: Whether you're coming out of the Sunlighten Sauna needing to rehydrate and detox, or winding down after a HaloRed session, choose from our seasonal, hand-blended herbal teas designed for calm, clarity, or immune support.
Coming Soon! Enhancing Tinctures: Our carefully selected tinctures allow you to personalize your results. Add a few drops to your tea for targeted support, such as CBD for deep relaxation, Adaptogens for stress relief, or Herbal Blends for focus.
